B2B Sales & Growth Partner (Flanders)

About the job

To support B.me as a fast-growing Belgian skin health brand with strong ambitions around offline growth and brand visibility, we are looking for a B2B Sales & Growth Partner (Flanders).

In this role, you help build, launch and scale B‍.‍me’s B2B sales channel across Flanders. You combine hands-on sales execution with strategic thinking and long-term relationship building.

This role is open to both experienced sales profiles and young, motivated people who want to grow into a commercial role with real responsibility. You will start hands-on and gradually take more ownership as the channel scales.

You work closely with the founders and play a key role in B‍.‍me’s next growth phase.

B2B Sales & Channel Ownership

You help build and grow B‍.me’s B2B presence across Flanders.

  • Approach and onboard B2B partners across: Pharmacies, Specialty health & beauty stores & Beauty salons and skin clinics
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
  • Follow up on leads and close deals
  • Support correct brand positioning and in-store presence
  • Help build and maintain a clear sales pipeline

Hands-on execution

This is a field-driven role with real execution responsibility.

  • Visit prospects and partners in person
  • Pitch B‍.me and close deals yourself
  • Follow up until activation and reorders
  • Learn to handle objections and negotiations
  • Gather feedback from the field and share insights with the founders

Strategic sales & scaling

As you grow in the role, you increasingly help shape a scalable B2B channel.

  • Contribute to the B2B sales strategy for Flanders
  • Help structure the B2B offer for different partner types
  • Identify growth opportunities and underdeveloped regions
  • Help set foundations for future scaling (processes, prioritisation, structure)
  • Grow towards more ownership as the channel matures

Reporting & positioning

  • Role type: Freelance
  • Focus: Hands-on sales with growth potential

  • Works closely with: Founders

Who we are looking for:

  • Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Interest in beauty, skin health or wellness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing brand
  • Based in Belgium and fluent in Dutch

  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn
  • Hands-on and proactive
  • Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
  • Ambitious and eager to grow into more responsibility
  • Takes ownership and follows through

  • B.me is present in relevant B2B points of sale across Flanders
  • Strong relationships with B2B partners
  • Consistent monthly growth in B2B sales
  • Clear understanding of the B2B market and partner needs
  • Personal growth in responsibility, skills and impact

What this role is not

  • Not a passive or purely administrative sales role
  • Not a short-term assignment without growth
  • Not a role without ownership or learning opportunities
