Refund policy

At B.me Science BV, we do everything we can to describe our products as accurately as possible and to deliver them correctly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right of withdrawal. You may return your order within 14 days after delivery.

Providing a reason for your return is not required, but your feedback helps us improve our service.

Return costs

The return fee is €8. This fee is charged to cover logistics and shipping costs, and because returned products cannot be resold due to hygiene and quality control reasons.

How to return an item

1. Contact us by email
Send an email to hi@bmescience.com including:
Your full name
Order number
The item you wish to return
An optional short explanation

2. Receive the return label
After receiving your email, we will send you a return label. The €8 return fee will be deducted.

3. Drop off the package at a shipping point
Bring the package with the return label to the nearest post office, parcel point, or Kariboo! location.

Important information

Timeframe
We must receive the returned product within 14 working days after the return label has been issued.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after receipt of the return, provided all conditions are met.

In original condition and packaging
Including accessories and instructions
Unused (use may result in a reduction in value)
Opened packages are not accepted for hygiene reasons

Refund method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded. The €8 return fee will be deducted.
