Digital & Performance Marketing Intern

In this role, you'll dive into the daily digital operations of a growing DTC brand. You'll learn how to set up, optimize, and report on paid campaigns — and directly contribute to B.me's online growth.
What will you do?
You will support and help build B.me's digital presence:
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Contribute to SEO optimization and website improvements
- Support email marketing and CRM flows
- Set up and analyze reports and dashboards
- Actively contribute ideas for digital strategy and growth
Who are we looking for?
- Student of communications, marketing, applied economics, or similar (bachelor's or master's)
- Interest in digital marketing, data, and online growth
- Analytically minded and curious about numbers
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn
- Based in Belgium

Intern Content & Influencer Marketing

In this role, you are the creative engine behind B.me's online presence. You create content, build our influencer community, and help position the brand as it deserves.
What will you do?
You will contribute to B.me's brand and content strategy:
- Creating and planning social media content for Instagram and TikTok
- Executing influencer outreach and following up on collaborations
- Managing the community and interacting with our followers
- Assisting with photo and video productions
- Actively contributing ideas for creative campaigns and brand positioning
Who are we looking for?
- Student in communication, marketing, journalism, or similar (bachelor's or master's)
- A sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends
- Creative, hands-on, and a true people person
- Comfortable in front of the camera or behind the lens — or both
- Based in Belgium
