Find your moment
Take your shot preferably on an empty stomach, for example first thing in the morning when you wake up. Prefer not to take it on an empty stomach? Then take it after a meal. It tastes freshest chilled.

Your age counts
From age 35, take one shot per day: one box will then last for 4 weeks. Are you between 25 and 35 years old? Then take one shot every other day and one box will last you 8 weeks.
