Is Clear Skin a medicine?

No. Clear Skin is a nutritional supplement, not a medicine. If you have persistent or severe skin problems, consult your GP or a dermatologist.

When is the best time to take Clear Skin?

One shot per day, in the evening after your dinner. A shot on an empty stomach does not sit well with everyone. Shake the shot well and drink it in one go, neat or mixed with water, juice, or in your smoothie.

Can I take Clear Skin for an extended period?

After 3 to 4 months of daily use, we recommend a break or a lower frequency: take one shot every two days, or stop for a month. If you are in doubt, please contact our customer service.

Can I combine Clear Skin with other supplements or B.me shots?

You should only combine Clear Skin with Anti-Oxidant (vitamin C and selenium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress). Do not combine Clear Skin with Collagen Advance+, Gentle Skin, or Glow+, as these also contain zinc. If you take other supplements containing zinc, add up the total amount and consult your pharmacist if in doubt.

Can I take Clear Skin if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. You should not take Clear Skin during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

For whom is Clear Skin not suitable?

Clear Skin is not suitable for children under 12 years of age or for those with a milk allergy. If you are lactose intolerant, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor or pharmacist first.

Clear Skin contains no sweeteners; the blueberry flavor comes from natural aromas. The galacto-oligosaccharides are derived from milk, so Clear Skin contains milk and lactose and is not vegan.

Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and at a temperature no higher than 25 °C. The box for that month can also be kept in the refrigerator: it tastes fresher when chilled. The expiry date is printed on each shot.
