    • We only process your health data with your express consent, for example in the context of an online screening or personal consultation, in order to provide you with accurate and personalised health advice.
  • Necessary for the performance of a contract
    • Contact, correspondence and negotiations
    • Providing and requesting information
    • Customer management and delivery of ordered products
  • Legitimate interest
    • Improvement of our services and statistical analyses
    • Retention and use of evidence in the event of disputes or legal proceedings
    • Contacting existing customers for newsletters about similar services (with the option to unsubscribe)

4.2 Processing method

Your data will always be treated confidentially and will not be traded, sold, rented or passed on to third parties, unless necessary for the execution of the agreement.

We may collaborate with certain processors who support us in our services (e.g. IT partners, payment processors). If they gain access to your data, the necessary safeguards will be obtained in accordance with the GDPR. Your data will only be processed within the EU.

In exceptional cases, Bme Science BV may be obliged to disclose your data on the basis of a court order or legal obligation.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing. After that, it will be deleted or anonymised.

7. CHANGES

Bme Science BV reserves the right to change this privacy policy. We recommend that you consult this page regularly.

If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using our website and services and you can request us to delete your personal data.

Unless otherwise stated, the privacy policy in force at that time applies to all personal data processed by Bme Science BV.
