The story behind B.me
After years of recurring breakouts, I finally found what actually worked.
B.me was founded on January 29, 2025, by Camille Wille and Maxime Vanhulle. What they found in stores did not convince them: supplements with added sugars, artificial additives, or pills that are difficult to take daily. That is why they developed their own drinkable shots, together with a Belgian production house of pharmacists and formulators and a scientific advisory committee.
Collagen Advance+, Clear Skin, and Anti-Oxidant were launched in early 2025, followed by Gentle Skin and Glow+ in early 2026. Today, thousands of customers rely on B.me.

Vitamins and minerals with an EU-approved claim, such as zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin³, and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin¹. In clear quantities on the label, not in traces.

Can I combine multiple B.me shots?

Yes. With Collagen Advance+ or Gentle Skin, you can take Glow+, Anti-Oxidant, or both. You should only combine Clear Skin with Anti-Oxidant, because Clear Skin already contains 22.5 mg of zinc and the other shots also contain zinc. You should not combine the three main formulas with each other.
How do I take a B.me shot?

Shake the shot, twist it open and drink it in one go. You can also mix it with water, juice or a smoothie. It is best to take Collagen Advance+ on an empty stomach (every two days if under 35, every day from age 35), and Clear Skin in the evening after dinner. You can take Gentle Skin, Glow+ and Anti-Oxidant whenever it suits you.
How long does it take to see results?

We are deliberately not specifying a timeframe, as every skin is different and experiences vary from person to person. What does matter is consistency: take your shot every day.
I feel nauseous after a shot. What now?

Some people feel a bit nauseous when they take a shot on an empty stomach. If so, take your shot after a meal. If you notice any other unwanted reactions, stop use, consult your doctor and let us know at hi@bmeskin.com.
What is and isn't included in B.me?

All shots contain 0 g of sugar and no sweeteners or artificial colorings; the taste comes from natural flavorings. As a preservative, all shots contain potassium sorbate (E202), and Collagen Advance+ also contains sodium benzoate (E211). Gentle Skin, Glow+, and Anti-Oxidant are vegan. Clear Skin is the only formula with an allergen: milk (including lactose).
For whom is B.me not suitable?

B.me is not suitable for children under 12 years of age; Collagen Advance+ is intended for those aged 25 and over. Avoid Clear Skin, Gentle Skin, and Glow+ during pregnancy and breastfeeding; for other formulas, please consult your doctor first.
